SIGMA STAR SERVICE L.T.D. is a small research and micro-production company has operated in Romania since 1991. Our company has experience in a diverse range of industries: civil and industrial constructions, renewable energy, environmental protection, agriculture, auto-motive and nuclear power.

SIGMA STAR SERVICE L.T.D. owns a significant number of patents that underlie its development of new products and technologies in the areas mentioned above. Our projects are now in various stages of implementation according to the requests of the different clients interested in the applications of our research results.

Our new solutions include:

• the control, limitation and mitigation of noise, shocks, vibrations and seismic movements on constructions, equipment, pipe networks by isolation or passive control of energy dissipation;
• strengthening of existing constructions to earthquakes by seismic isolation and passive dissipation of energy without evacuation of buildings or stopping  inside activity;
• new types of wind turbines with high efficiency that operate also at slow and high wind speeds;
• new types of equipment for efficient capturing of energy from small, medium and high intensity wind waves;
• new types of equipment for efficient capturing of energy from medium and high intensity tidal waves;
• new storage solutions and re-use of renewable energy;

• new types of equipment which enable the maintenance of crops without using chemicals to control weeds.
